Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Lowell, Massachusetts

With no required RBT supervision, you’ll focus your expertise directly on developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans while collaborating closely with a dedicated team of fellow BCBAs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
• Previous experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels is highly valued
• Ability to adapt strategies for a variety of student needs and environments
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
• Talent for clear, compassionate communication with families, educators, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across three easily accessible school sites
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other BCBAs to promote positive outcomes
• Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress, data analysis, and team input
• Provide consultation and training for educational staff on behavioral strategies and supports
• Uphold district and ethical standards of clinical documentation and program integrity
