School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hilliard, Ohio

This contract position involves stepping in as the primary SLP for two students who require in-person support at a learning program designed for individualized educational needs. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure (Ohio)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with individualized service plans
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, flexible, and enthusiastic about student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to two students on a consistent, scheduled basis (Student A: 80 minutes/month; Student B: 200 minutes/month with two 25-minute sessions per week)
• Collaborate with educators and families to tailor therapy to each student’s unique needs and goals
• Assess, document, and monitor progress through comprehensive notes and required reporting
• Attend any necessary meetings to ensure continuity of care and compliance with educational guidelines
• Adapt therapy materials and approaches to suit students’ age and abilities
