Job Description
Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming school community near Lakeville, MA. This assignment begins September 3, 2026, for the upcoming school year and offers a highly competitive hourly range from $53–$57, with a steady, full-time schedule of 35 hours across five days weekly.
Candidates should be experienced in pediatric speech therapy within educational settings and ready to adapt to the caseload as determined by the school. You'll be working alongside a collaborative team, providing services across a variety of ages, for approximately 183 school days, at 7 hours per day.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license required
- DESE (Department of Elementary & Secondary Education) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric populations in a school setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and families
Role Expectations:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Document services and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Communicate progress effectively to parents, teachers, and administrators
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings as needed
