This contract assignment runs from ASAP through May 28, 2027, offering a unique chance to make a lasting impact across multiple schools.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid IN Psych license required
- Background teaching in general education classrooms or as a substitute
- Strong classroom management and adaptability across K-12 settings
- Willingness to serve district-wide as a permanent building substitute
- Dedication to maintaining a supportive, positive environment for students and staff
Responsibilities:
- Fill in for teachers as needed across the district’s schools
- Implement lesson plans and adapt instruction to fit classroom needs
- Foster student engagement, safety, and learning in every classroom
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and school leaders
