Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Brockton, MA

Your workweek will stretch over five days, totaling 35 hours with a 7-hour daily schedule, allowing you to focus intensely on the needs of your students. The caseload, including specific age groups and student numbers, will be provided prior to assignment but will align with your expertise and school-based experience.

Desired Experience and Credentials:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license
• Current DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric and school-based SLP, preferably with a diverse student population
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in educational settings a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and assessments within a school-based model, targeting speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Consult and coordinate with school staff, specialists, and parents to optimize student success
• Adapt interventions to individual student needs and respond proactively to caseload requirements
