School-Based Physical Therapist - Cleveland, Texas

Qualifications:

• Active and valid PT license or credential in the state
• Previous experience in a school-based PT setting preferred
• Competency in evaluating students and creating IEP-driven treatment plans
• Ability to supervise and mentor a PTA effectively

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate K-12 students as part of the special education process
