Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Brockton, Massachusetts

This full-time contract position offers the chance to make a difference in the lives of adolescents by providing tailored speech-language therapy in a school setting. The assignment runs from October 18th through January 21st, delivering a meaningful, focused experience during the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based therapy, particularly within high school settings
• Background in pediatric speech therapy, with a passion for working with adolescent learners
• Solid understanding of language-based instructional strategies and IEP development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
• Active state SLP license required

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to high school students in a language-based program
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to individualized education plan (IEP) development
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing communication regarding student goals and achievements
• Offer support and strategies for classroom teachers to facilitate speech-language development
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school learning environment
