Desired Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (or eligibility; commitment to pursuing certification required)
• 2–3 years’ clinical experience supporting neurodiverse learners (ages 3–13) in educational/clinical settings
• Solid understanding of ABA, behavior intervention planning, and data analysis
• Familiarity with Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching a plus
• Collaborative communication style; ability to engage families and multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of sensory processing and occupational therapy principles
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/other languages) valued

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and craft tailored Behavior Intervention Plans
• Implement, monitor, and adjust ABA-based interventions in academic and clinical settings
• Lead data-driven instructional analysis; coach and mentor staff on best practices
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, teachers, and paraprofessionals to integrate supports
• Provide direct therapy, supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, and lead regular team meetings
• Ensure fidelity to ethical, privacy, and program standards
