Occupational Therapist School Setting - Xenia, OH

You’ll work 28 hours per week with the possibility to combine with two additional roles nearby in Dayton (24 and 16 hours respectively) if you’re seeking a fuller schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist, or COTA (with supervision available)
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic and functional goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster a supportive educational environment
• Deliver direct therapy services tailored to students’ individual needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary approach
• Maintain compliance with all district and state regulations
