This full-time assignment (37.5 hours per week, including 2.5 hours of unpaid lunches) places you as a Transitions Intensive Teacher for 18 to 21-year-old special education students within a supportive educational setting. Qualifications:

• Active CDE license or proof of licensure in process required (interview contingent on documentation)
• Minimum of one year classroom experience

• Experience in special education classrooms preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead instruction for a caseload of 12 students (ages 18-21) focusing on job readiness and independence
• Deliver individualized and small group instruction both onsite and in the community
• Create, implement, and monitor IEPs and BSPs
• Collect and analyze student data to inform instructional decisions
