Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Colorado Department of Education Occupational Therapist certification (valid for ages birth through 21)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role is preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for students across multiple grade levels (K-12)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with educators, students, and families
• Comfortable working in a variety of educational settings throughout the week
• Candidates will be required to complete a background check upon acceptance of an offer

Your Contribution:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services for a range of student needs, tailoring intervention plans to individual goals
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress, maintaining thorough and up-to-date reports
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement strategies that foster participation and academic success
• Share expertise and provide consultative support to school teams as needed
• Manage a flexible caseload, assigned upon placement, focused on leave coverage in a supportive setting
