This position offers a 13-week contract to hire arrangement with a consistent first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, providing work-life balance and a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all daily pharmacy operations while ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervising, training, and managing pharmacy staff including pharmacists and technicians to maintain a high-performing team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Illinois pharmacist license.
