Key Qualifications:

• Certified in Special Education, with credentials recognized in Arizona
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Effective classroom management techniques tailored to diverse learners
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability and compassion to support students across varying needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, ensuring goals are tailored and measurable
• Deliver differentiated instruction in either a resource or traditional classroom setting
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
