Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience providing OT services in schools or with children, preferred
- Strong ability to assess, design, and implement individualized intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade in accordance with IEP goals
- Evaluate students to determine needs and develop personalized treatment plans addressing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive functioning
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress, provide recommendations, and support classroom success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student goals, treatment, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
- Provide guidance and training for school staff on strategies supporting student independence and participation
This full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position runs from August 27, 2026, through June 17, 2027, allowing you to follow the academic calendar while working with a diverse caseload spanning all grade levels.
