Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• LBS 1 endorsement
• Prior experience working with K-12 students in special education settings beneficial
• Comfortable working both onsite and virtually
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and able to adapt instructional materials for online delivery, if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction, accommodations, and modifications according to students’ IEPs
• Develop and implement educational strategies to promote positive outcomes for diverse learners
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Regularly track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up to date with best practices

This contract position is designed for 35 hours per week, aligning with a standard school schedule for K-12 students.
