Occupational Therapist School Setting - Denver, CO

This full-time role offers a chance to provide essential occupational therapy services in a school setting, partnering with students from kindergarten through high school. You'll be instrumental in covering a leave and making a meaningful difference in students’ academic and personal growth throughout the assignment.

What we're seeking:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education certification for Occupational Therapists serving individuals from birth through age 21
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches across varying age groups and settings
• Commitment to supporting a diverse student body
• Readiness to complete a background check promptly upon offer acceptance

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students across multiple campuses (specific schools to be determined)
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents to support student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports compliant with district guidelines
• Serve students’ needs in a variety of educational environments (K-12)
• Contribute expertise during meetings for program development and progress review
• Adjust interventions in response to student growth, feedback, and caseload demands
