You will be responsible for providing exceptional OT services across several school sites, working with a manageable caseload while designing your own weekly schedule. Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Missouri (MO) required
  • Experience in school-based OT (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple locations each week
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Serve a caseload of around 32 students, providing approximately 800 direct service minutes weekly
  • Cover multiple sites: elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Develop personalized therapy plans and collaborate with school staff/families
  • Make your own schedule with support and oversight at the start of the year
  • Maintain compliance with all district and state guidelines
