Schedule: 35 Hours per Week
Assignment Dates: August 24, 2026 – June 11, 2027

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support students in a school-based setting during the 2026-2027 school year. These full-time opportunities provide the chance to collaborate with occupational therapists and educational teams to help students develop the skills needed for academic and functional success.

  • 1 Full-Time COTA - Easton, PA
  • 3 Full-Time COTAs - Bethlehem, PA

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Implement individualized therapy plans and treatment activities.
  • Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills.
  • Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, therapists, and school staff.
  • Assist with classroom-based strategies and accommodations that promote student success.
  • Maintain compliance with all professional and educational requirements.

QualificationsRequired

  • Active COTA certification and state credentials as required.
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience.
  • Experience supporting students with diverse learning and developmental needs.
  • Knowledge of educational therapy practices and collaborative service models.
