Position Overview

We are seeking multiple Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support students in a school-based setting for the full academic year. These full-time opportunities offer the chance to work collaboratively with occupational therapists and educational teams to help students develop the skills needed for success in the classroom and daily activities.

• 1 COTA Opening – Easton, PA
• 3 COTA Openings – Bethlehem, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities designed to support student goals.
• Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills.
• Document services and student progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, families, and support staff.
• Support student participation and engagement within the educational environment.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and documentation requirements.

QualificationsRequired

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification as required by the state.
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred

• Previous school-based experience.
• Experience working with pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with educational and therapy-based service delivery models.
