Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 35 Hours per Week
Assignment Dates: August 24, 2026 – June 11, 2027
Position Overview
We are seeking multiple Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support students in a school-based setting for the full academic year. These full-time opportunities offer the chance to work collaboratively with occupational therapists and educational teams to help students develop the skills needed for success in the classroom and daily activities.

- 3 COTA Openings – Bethlehem, PA
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities designed to support student goals.
- Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills.
- Document services and student progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, families, and support staff.
- Support student participation and engagement within the educational environment.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and documentation requirements.
QualificationsRequired
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification as required by the state.
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred
- Previous school-based experience.
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- Familiarity with educational and therapy-based service delivery models.
