Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid CDE licensure required
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt to dynamic caseload needs; flexibility regarding the assignment end date
• Skilled in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective support plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary school students on a part-time schedule (4 days per week)
• Assess and document students’ functional skills, needs, and progress
• Implement appropriate interventions and therapies tailored to individual IEP goals
• Consult and partner with school staff and caregivers to support classroom inclusion and student development
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
