Key Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate flexibility and a strong ability to collaborate with diverse educational teams.
• A minimum of one year of hands-on classroom teaching experience in special education is required.
• Possession of an active CDE license, or current progress toward licensure, is essential. Candidates must submit a copy of their active CDE license or COOL for consideration.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans and instructional activities for special education students.
• Collaborate closely with paraeducators and specialists (BCBA, SLP, OT/PT, Psych/SW) to design effective interventions and behavioral supports.

• Track and report on students’ progress, adapting strategies as needed to enhance learning outcomes.
