Special Education Teacher - Tolleson, Arizona

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification and valid IVP card required
• Experience with K-3 resource students preferred
• Passion for tailoring instruction to individual student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, support staff, and administrators
• Previous caseload management a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective IEPs tailored to the diverse strengths and needs of students
• Deliver differentiated instruction in small group or one-on-one settings, guided by best practices in special education
• Track progress, collect data, and participate in IEP meetings to ensure student growth
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff to promote inclusive practices and student success
