Desired Skills & Credentials

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), with available supervision for COTAs
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting students’ functional and academic success

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess students’ needs, develop treatment plans, and implement effective therapy interventions
• Work collaboratively with educational staff and parents to promote student participation in school activities
• Evaluate and monitor progress, updating goals and strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
