Desired Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong knowledge of evaluation, IEP development, and data-driven intervention strategies
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, documenting goals and tracking outcomes
- Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions aligned with educational targets
- Maintain accurate and timely records as required by the district
