What we’re seeking:

• Active Kansas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to work on-site or via a hybrid model
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered interventions

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy across either elementary or middle school caseloads as assigned
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings with caregivers and team members
• Collaborate with general and special educators, families, and administrators
• Support academic progress through speech and language intervention, consultation, and advocacy
