Occupational Therapist School Setting in Hamilton, OH

This position offers 12 hours per week near Hamilton, OH, with the option to combine hours with an additional 8-hour assignment in a nearby Cincinnati location, creating a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Ohio OT license or, for COTAs, appropriate state certification and ability to work under supervision
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy services in a school or pediatric setting highly desired
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to making a difference in students’ daily lives
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Provide direct therapy to students, focusing on improving fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and school staff to support student growth
