Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Calhan, Colorado

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible for or holding SLP licensure within the state
• Ability to work with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational setting
• Comfort working with both CFY and CCC-level responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with speech and language challenges
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide guidance and mentorship to SLP CFs if applicable
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of individual students
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices
