This contract position offers the opportunity to work 32 hours per week with a supportive team, providing essential services to help children thrive both academically and personally. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or holding SLP licensure within the state
- Ability to work with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Comfort working with both CFY and CCC-level responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with speech and language challenges
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to SLP CFs if applicable
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of individual students
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices
