Occupational Therapist School Setting - Nashua, NH

Enjoy a consistent 37.5-hour work week structured around typical school hours—elementary (8:15-2:50) and high school (7:30-2:50)—allowing for great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for students across varied grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student IEPs and therapy goals
• Conduct assessments and provide detailed reports to monitor student progress
• Support students in both individual and small group settings, fostering functional skills for classroom success
• Consult with school personnel to integrate therapeutic techniques into daily routines
• Travel between multiple school sites within the Nashua, Manchester, and Derry areas as scheduled

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state
• Experience in school settings (K-12), home health, or healthcare-based OT roles strongly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload and travel locally between schools
