Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education licensure (active or in process; required with application)
  • At least one year of classroom experience
  • Strong team orientation and flexibility
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary support setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging instruction to a caseload of 10 middle school students, supported by two full-time paraeducators and access to BCBA, SLP, OT/PT, and Psych/SW professionals
  • Collaborate closely with peer mentors and other team members to cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom community
  • Participate actively in IEP development and review processes
  • Employ evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies
