Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Illinois Special Education (IL SPED) Certification required
• Experience working in a school or classroom setting, especially with kindergarten or early elementary-aged students, is highly preferred

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
