Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid and current SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based intervention and collaborative teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students’ communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Deliver direct therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social success
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation of services and progress
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and planning
- Support students in both inclusion and specialized settings
