Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid and current SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based intervention and collaborative teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students’ communication strengths and needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Deliver direct therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social success
• Maintain compliant and timely documentation of services and progress
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and planning
• Support students in both inclusion and specialized settings
