Physical Therapist - School Setting in Medina, NY

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license (New York State)
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within school environments
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess K-12 students referred for physical therapy services
• Design and implement targeted treatment plans to promote mobility and function in the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary school team discussions
• Support adaptive equipment needs and train school staff as necessary
