Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Prior experience providing SLP services in school or pediatric settings is preferred.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students referred for services.
- Create and deliver targeted therapy sessions addressing speech and language disorders.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress monitoring for each student.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, interventionists, and families, to support students’ academic and social success.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to the multidisciplinary team.
- Stay current on evidence-based practices for communication intervention in school settings.
