Step into an impactful role supporting students' communication growth while working as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a dynamic school setting. Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Prior experience providing SLP services in school or pediatric settings is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students referred for services.
  • Create and deliver targeted therapy sessions addressing speech and language disorders.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress monitoring for each student.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, interventionists, and families, to support students’ academic and social success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Stay current on evidence-based practices for communication intervention in school settings.
