Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My dad is on oxygen 24/7 so has difficulty bathing and washing hair. He has COPD and gets out of breath easily. My mom gets lonely and would love to talk to someone to hear all the news going on. About the care needs: Someone who is carefree yet compassionate of his condition. My parents like to joke around so thats the type they'd like. Serious but light hearted I guess. The only skills would be able to bathe an old man who can be bossy about how he likes things done. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
