Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

Hello, Both my wife and I work remotely, so we will be at the house most days. We currently are both on paternity/maternity leave. So this is a big step for us. Looking to invite someone into our home, who can help further develop our son. Is friendly and comfortable with large dogs, we have two chocolate labs(very friendly and loving). Additional info: We have an in ground pool that does not have a fence(yet), so being able to swim is a plus. 2-story home(nursery is upstairs), so will need to be able to go up and downstairs easily.
