Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Ontario. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. My almost 4-year-old if profound non verbal autistic so I definitely need someone with experience with disability and has a lot of patience. My 2-year-old is also non verbal
