Babysitter - Now Hiring

Looking for a part-time baby sister for my 7-year-old son. He is a kind, lively, active, funny, athletic precocious child. Will need childcare help in the afternoon and then bedtime routine two days/week (M, Th) and then some hours on Sat afternoon. A sitter who takes initiative to help both my son and I as we navigate the fall is preferred. A creative and active person is also preferred.
