Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for some "extra hands" a few hours a week, doing the odd jobs I don't seem to get to. I have 4 kids but 2 will be going back to school this month (and then one in PreK). I am a SAHM but my toddler is basically a full time job himself! So I would love to welcome someone into our home that is comfortable doing basic cleaning or stepping in to play a game of barbies while I finish a project. Let's just say spontaneity is a must as your tasks would follow my immediate needs. It is also important for me to find a good role-model of confidence & emotional intelligence as I have 3 daughters. Preferred hours are posted but we are very flexible.
