Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Our baby is currently 11 months old, and I'm about to start a full time job. We will need someone to be with baby daily M-F from around 7am-4 p.m. Help with meal prep, daily baby activities, feedings, naps, diaper changes. Would love structured play to help develop motor skills, walking, talking, eating solids. We have two small female dogs which are low maintenance, but may need to be let outside a few times during the day to go potty and play/run outside in our fenced in backyard, they are not leashed walked, just let out on their own. Would love for baby to go once or twice a week to some type of class, like a swim or gym class.
