Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Sprakers. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. The children are twin boys and a baby boy. The twins are autistic with one also having cerebral palsy I would mostly be home during your work hours but maintaining the house, animals, and possibly running errands while you care for the children
