Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a great babysitter that can drive, for my 12yr old daughter. It would include picking her up from school and bringing her to activities and/or being at the house with her- helping her with homework (grade 6) and making sure the house stays clean. There may be some mornings I would need help getting her to school as well. My hours vary so I need someone who's ok with a flexible/ non fixed schedule.
