Nanny Needed For My Children

We're looking for a warm, attentive, and engaged nanny to help care for our toddler (around 1-year-old) for three weekdays each week, minimum 24 hours/week. This is a great fit for someone studying Early Childhood Education or a related field who wants hands-on experience with a family that takes early childhood development seriously. We value attachment-based, responsive caregiving someone who reads our child's cues and responds with warmth and consistency to build a secure, trusting relationship along with a culturally responsive approach to parenting, since we're raising our child with appreciation for multiple cultures and languages.
