Housekeeper

We are looking for a long term housekeeper. We have a home in Monterey Park. The house is already well organized, and only need light cleaning bi-weekly and a deeper clean monthly/quarterly. Occasionally we could have the lawns watered too. We need light weekly cleaning : Dusting, floor mopping/vacuuming, bathrooms, water lawn (occasionally), laundry for bedding. Monthly: clean the inside of fridge, deeper clean. Overall, houses are all organized/tidy so light work. Friendly, efficient, professional, respectful and self directed with a pre and post to do list. Outdoor cat / Maltese hypo allergenic dog.
