• Previous Travel strongly preferred - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles from ThedaCare Corporate - Neenah, WI campus*
  \n Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 Hours
  \n Shift Requirements: 12hr days - EVERY WEEKEND
  \n *any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
  \n Weekend Rotation: Every Weekend (Friday - Sunday)
  \n Holiday Rotation: Holiday rotation
  \n Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius
  \n Certifications: WI RN or Compact License, AHA BLS & AHA ACLS
  \n Minimum 2+ years M/S experience & Critical Access Experience REQUIRED. Previous travel experience strongly preferred.
  \n HARD STOP: Titratable drips - MUST have experience
  \n Charting: EPIC charting experience preferred within the last year
\n

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
\n Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 20 bed critical access unit with IMU patients.
\n Ratio for Nights: 1:5-6
\n Very busy - every 1 of 3 is IMU
\n A lot of detox, stroke rule outs, respiratory cases. Not a lot of post surgical (mostly pain control)
\n Primary Case Types: All age groups

\n No new travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
\n No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of the Neenah, WI campus
\n Billing: Sunday - Saturday
\n 8hr unbillable orientation
\n GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
\n REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate
\n HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: Holiday rotation
\n SHIFT NOTES: 12hr Days (Every Weekend)
