• Patient Ratio: 1:5

• Minimum Experience: 4 years
\n
• Long-Term Care patient experience required
\n
• Holiday work required
\n
• No holiday time-off requests

• COVID vaccination required per state mandate
\n

✅ Requirements\n

• Current, unrestricted Colorado RN license – REQUIRED
\n
• BLS required
\n
• ACLS
\n
• PALS
\n
• TNCC
\n
• Minimum 4 years of nursing experience
\n
• Long-Term Care experience required
\n

• Possible shared 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment
\n
• Rent will be paid
\n
• No pets
\n
• No smoking

• Housing available starting the day before the scheduled start date

📍 Traveler Requirements\n

• 65-mile radius rule: Permanent residence must be at least 65 miles from the facility.

• Local travelers will not be considered.
