- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program \n
- State Licensure \n
- Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association \n
Compensation & Bonus Structure

- Base Salary: $28 - $35 / hour (based on experience and market factors) \n
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds \n
