Job Overview & Responsibilities:
\nJoin our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.

Your Responsibilities as a Certified Hand Therapist

- Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities \n
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome \n
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members \n
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community \n

Requirements

- Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program \n
- State Licensure \n
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association \n
Compensation & Bonus Structure

- Base Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors) \n
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds \n
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations! \n
