American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Acute Rehab position requiring 2 years of acute rehab experience and an active Michigan RN license.

- Work within the Inpatient Rehabilitation Services setting \n
- Care for acutely ill patients across the life span with unstable medical conditions \n
- Night shift schedule from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM \n
- 36 hours per week at 12 hours per shift \n
- Required to work every other weekend \n
- No on-call responsibilities \n

- Active RN license in Michigan required at time of consideration \n
- Current BLS certification (AHA) \n
- Minimum 2 years of acute rehab nursing experience required \n

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual assessments \n
- Utilize clinical judgment to assess, monitor, and prevent potential physiological complications while promoting optimal patient health \n
- Report to the shift Team Leader and remain accountable to the Department Manager \n
- Demonstrate effective communication through collegial relationships, SBAR, and interdisciplinary collaboration \n
- No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested during the assignment \n
