On Call, Call Back Requirements: Weeknight, weekend and holiday call divided among 3 SA's.
\nWeekend Rotation: On call roughly 1-2 weekends per month
\nHoliday Requirements: Holiday call divided evenly among assists
\nFloating Requirements: N/A

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years for all specialties
\nWill you accept a first-time traveler: Yes for all specialties
\nPatient Types/Common Diagnoses:
\n- \n
- Adults: Lots of Ortho/Neuro cases. Total joints. Craniotomies, laminectomies (level 1-2), fusions, robotic (Davinci XI), Gallbladder, colectomy, general surgery, bariatric, urology \n
- Peds: ENT, emergent cases (appy) \n
Required License, National Certification, Certs:

- RN: BLS; AORN preferred \n
- Surgical Tech: BLS; CST preferred \n
- Surgical Assist: BLS, CSA \n
Skills required:
\n- \n
- For All: experience with above patient types. Must have STRONG experience in ortho (total joints, fem/tibial rodding), Neuro (laminectomies, burr holes) \n
- Surgical Assistants - interchangeably as a CST. MUST be comfortable performing Surgical Assist and Surgical Tech duties.
Technology/Equipment:

- IV Pump: Alaris \n
- Med dispensing: Pyxis \n

Unit specific equipment: DaVinci XI Robot

\nScheduling:
\n \n - On call: Yes \n
- 4 weeknight call shifts per month (EOS – 0630 the following morning) \n
- 1 full weekend per month (EOS Friday – Monday 0630) \n
- 30-minute response time \n
- 1 Sleep Room available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Need to request key ahead of time from manager. \n
- Cover OB call after 1700 weekdays and weekends \n
- Holiday Expectations: call only, will be put in rotation \n
