Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position on nights, requiring a NE or compact RN license and prior L&D experience.

• Work in the L&D/OB unit of an acute care hospital setting
\n
• Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts
\n
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n
• 7-week assignment length
\n
• May float to Med-Surg unit if census is low
\n
• Uses Cerner EMR
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active RN license (NE or Compact) currently in hand
\n
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS-AHA) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
\n
• BSN not required for this position
\n
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
\n

• Provide skilled nursing care within the Labor & Delivery unit
\n
• COVID vaccination required for all staff, with medical and religious exemptions accepted
\n
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable as long as they are clean and professional
\n
• Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation week or holiday weeks
\n
• Facility may cancel up to one shift every two weeks
